Simple rules, and a real person to talk to if something goes wrong.
Shipping
Every order ships for a flat $8.50, anywhere in the USA. I don't ship outside the US yet. Any sales tax is added at checkout.
Throat plates, riving knives and cup holders
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you don't want. It needs to be unused and in its original condition.
- Email service@taufs.com with your order number first, and I'll send you the return address.
- You pay the return shipping.
- Once the item arrives back, I refund the item price to your original payment method. The original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Broken, defective or doesn't fit
If something arrives broken or defective, or doesn't fit the saw or pool it's listed for, email me a photo within 30 days of delivery. I'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send it back.
Custom knife sharpening jigs
Each jig is designed and printed for one knife, so custom jigs can't be returned once they're made. If your jig doesn't fit the knife you sent photos of, email me a photo of the problem and I'll remake it for free.
